Having a good handstand position is a prerequisite for doing ANY advanced gymnastics skills—regardless of event. Regular use of the Gym-Trix handstand trainer will build a beautiful handstand position for your athletes. Elastic cords provide the power, the gymnast provides the strength and proper positioning. Folds and stores conveniently against the wall when not in use.
The Gym-Trix Handstand Trainer comes complete with four bungie cords and one pad.
