This mat shows the proper hand placement when doing a round off handspring or cartwheel. This poly pad can be used with or without the cartwheel carpet when teaching round off's. Simply flip the mat around for kids who are right handed or left handed. Most gyms purchase two, one for each. This mat is a great visual tool to help children remember this concept.
